Camp Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration at any time prior to the beginning of camp/clinic, you can do so by emailing us at info@coloradobaseballcamps.com or call (303) 726-5106. You will receive a credit in the amount you paid for an upcoming camp. This credit will be good for one year from the date of the cancelled camp/clinic. No credit will be issued if you cancel your registration after the camp begins. No cash refunds are given after payment is received. There are no credits or refunds given for League or Team Clinics.

If a camp is canceled due to weather, players will receive a camp credit good for one calendar year for an upcoming event. In the event a day has to be canceled for a multiple day camp, every attempt will be made to make up for those hours lost by extending the hours in the remaining days.

There are no pro-rated options for camps/clinics based on the number of days attended.
